Q4. Do you deliver across India?
No, Currently we focus on Tamil Nadu and Puducherry Region and sooner we will plan to ship pan-India. Delivery time is usually 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
Q5. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. International shipping will be announced soon.
Q6. How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link on WhatsApp/Email/SMS to follow your order.

Yes, every product comes with a manufacturing & expiry date label. Please store in airtight containers for freshness.

Yes, all our products are 100% vegetarian.

Q10. Are Vinis Selfcare products chemical-free?
Yes, we use only natural herbs and ingredients—no harsh chemicals or parabens. To confirm that all our Herbal products are Clinically Tested and Ayush Certified.

Most of our herbal products are safe for kids, but we recommend checking the age guidelines on each product page.
Q12. Do your hair oils help with hair fall and growth?
Yes, our herbal hair oils are enriched with natural ingredients known to strengthen roots and promote growth. For detailed ingredients please refer the product label.
