✅ Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if:

    • The product delivered is damaged, leaked, defective, or incorrect.
    • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).
  • Products once opened/used cannot be returned due to hygiene and food safety reasons.

💰 Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

🚚 Exchanges

  • In case of damaged or incorrect products, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
