📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days of receiving payment.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

🚛 Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
  • Other Cities/Towns: 5–7 working days
  • Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10 working days

(Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or festive seasons.)

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹1499.
  • For orders below ₹1499, shipping fee will be applied as per courier charges.

🌍 International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship only within Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.
  • International shipping will be introduced soon. Stay tuned!

📩 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via Email/WhatsApp/SMS.
  • You can use this link to monitor the status of your delivery.

📦 Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof. We’ll resolve it quickly by sending a replacement or refund.
